REFUND POLICY

 

Metro Stamp and Seal Co. will replace free of charge within 30 days of purchase any item which does not reflect the item requested by the customer or accurately reflect the customization information submitted by the customer to us at the time the order was placed.  For Notary products or Professional Engineering products, we will replace free of charge any item which fails to meet State requirements. 

Stock items (those which are not customized) may be returned within 30 days for a full refund or credit, less applicable shipping and handling charges.  Returned items must be in new and unused condition.

 

Customized items may not be returned for full refund or credit unless they are deemed by us to be defective, in which case they will be covered under our product warranty policy. In some cases, customized items may be exchanged for another item within 30 days of purchase with a partial credit issued for the returned item. Contact our customer service department for specific details.  In any case, applicable shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

 

Metro Stamp and Seal Co. makes every effort to insure that the product accurately reflects the customization information furnished by the customer.  Sorry, we cannot be responsible for the accuracy of the information submitted by the customer.

 

If you would like to cancel or change your order we suggest you contact us immediately.  Our service is exceptionally fast.  Any delay in contacting us may result in your order being completed or shipped. Orders which have been completed or shipped may not be cancelled or changed.

 

We will do our best to ship your order to the location you specify at the time the order was placed.  Should the carrier return the order

to us for any reason requiring us to reship your order, an additional shipping charge will be made.
