Metro Stamp and Seal Co. offers a warranty on all products purchased directly from us.  All products in our Notary Supplies sections are warranted for the duration of your notary commission.  All other products are warranted for a period of six months from the date of purchase.  Under this warranty, you may return to us items which fail to operate properly.  We will repair or replace the item as we deem necessary and return the item to you without charge.  Our customer service representatives will gladly advise you of the best methods of returning the product to us.  Sorry, we are unable to reimburse you for shipping costs in returning the item to us. 

All repairs are performed and the merchandise shipped back to the customer within 24 hours of receipt.  Damages occurring from excessive force, misuse from the use of incorrect ink or misuse from incorrect inking procedures will void all warranties.  Please contact our customer service department for assistance if you are unclear how to reink the product or what ink should be used.
